Ancestral Processing of Argan Oil
Long before machines, argan oil was crafted by hand. Sun-dried fruit was collected from the ground, cracked between stones, and slowly pressed using water and stone mills. This traditional method honors centuries of Amazigh knowledge and still exists today, and creates a deeply nourishing oil, rich in both nutrients and heritage.
As demand for argan oil grew, we began scaling production using gentle mechanical methods that respect both tradition and ingredient integrity. Today, we offer two distinct oils: a culinary-grade argan oil and a skincare-specific oil.
Our cold-pressed culinary argan oil is mechanically extracted at the lowest temperature possible to preserve its most delicate bioactive compounds—including gamma-tocopherol (a potent form of vitamin E), polyphenols, and sterols—proven to protect against oxidative and environmental stress.
Each batch is carefully crafted, beginning with hand-cracked kernels and continuing through cold extraction and minimal filtration. We work directly with women-led cooperatives and certified producers to ensure our oils meet the highest standards of purity, traceability, and environmental responsibility.
